Aerial views over Austin hill-country back gardens — rectangular pools and spas in pale stone terraces, live oaks and sun-bleached grass around them — cut with a technician in a red Sullivan’s shirt working at the water’s edge with a net on a long pole.

A well-kept pool is more than clear water.

Every visit, without exception

The weekly protocol

  1. Test before anything goes in

Chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium and stabilizer. Dosing without testing is guessing, and in Austin the number that catches people out is calcium.

  2. Clean the whole pool

Skim, brush the walls, steps and waterline, vacuum the floor, empty both baskets. The waterline is where neglect shows first.

  3. Read the equipment

Filter pressure against its clean baseline, pump sound, heater, cleaner, automation. Most failures announce themselves weeks before they happen.

  4. Write down what we found

What was done, what was added, what to watch. If something needs replacing you hear it from us before it breaks, not after.

Questions pool owners ask

What pool services do you offer?

Sullivan’s provides weekly pool cleaning and maintenance, equipment repair, water testing, spa service, green pool recovery, and equipment upgrades for residential and commercial pools across Austin and the surrounding metro. Each service page explains the work, and jobs outside the published weekly tiers are quoted individually.

How much does weekly pool service cost?

Residential weekly service is priced by pool size. The small tier is $275 per month, and every tier includes routine service, chemicals, and a written visit note. All three monthly tiers appear together on this page; repairs and other separately quoted work are not folded into that monthly price.

Which areas does Sullivan’s Pool Service cover?

Sullivan’s runs fixed weekly routes across 13 Austin service areas covering 46 neighborhoods, and 6 metro cities. The service-area directory lists each Austin neighborhood, ZIP code, and surrounding municipality currently covered, with links to the corresponding local page. Check that directory for the published footprint instead of assuming service is available at an unlisted address.

The same technician, every week, and a note after every visit.

Tell us the pool and the neighborhood and you get a real number, not a range. A person answers the phone.
