What to have ready — four things
- Where you are. The street or the neighborhood is enough. It tells us the drive and, honestly, a fair amount about the pool — the ground and the build era change a great deal across the areas we work.
- Roughly how big. A pace count down the long side is fine. Nobody expects you to know the gallons.
- Whether there is a spa. It helps the technician plan the visit, but it does not add to the fixed monthly pool-size tier.
- What it looks like today. Clear, cloudy or green. A green pool is a recovery job first and a weekly customer afterwards, and those are quoted separately.
