How much does weekly pool service cost in Austin?
Sullivan’s weekly residential service is $275 a month for a small pool, $300 a month for a medium pool and $325 a month for a large pool. The listed tier is the final monthly customer price, based only on pool size, and includes weekly cleaning, water balancing, routine balancing chemicals and a visit note — with no add-ons, surprises or hidden fees. Send the pool dimensions and we’ll confirm the tier before service starts.
-
Are chemicals included in the monthly price?
Yes. Routine balancing chemicals used during weekly service are included. The listed tier is the final monthly customer price, with no add-ons, surprises or hidden fees.
-
How much does it cost to clean a pool filter in Austin?
Sullivan’s charges $150 a cleaning for filter cleaning — cartridge, DE or sand. That is a fixed price rather than an estimate: this job does not need a look at the pool first. The filter is opened and cleaned element by element and the clean starting pressure is recorded, so the next clean is judged against your filter rather than a rule of thumb. Weekly service is priced separately, by pool size.
-
Do the residential prices apply to an apartment or hotel pool?
No. The three residential tiers do not apply to apartment, hotel, student-housing or other commercial water. Those properties are quoted for the schedule they require.
-
Are repairs included?
No. Repairs, replacement equipment and one-time recovery work are separate jobs. We quote and obtain approval before that work begins.
-
Is there a contract?
Weekly service is ongoing rather than a fixed term. You can stop the service; repairs and recovery jobs are approved separately.
Pricing is one part of it. The full list of questions we are asked covers scheduling, chemicals, repairs and what happens when something breaks.
