Austin pool service pricing
Weekly pool service from Sullivan’s Pool Service is $275 a month for a small pool, $300 a month for a medium pool and $325 a month for a large pool. The tier depends only on pool size, and it is the final monthly customer price. The weekly visit, water testing and balancing, and routine chemicals are all in it. Filter cleaning is a separate job at $150 a cleaning. Repairs are quoted and approved before anything begins.

How much does weekly pool service cost in Austin?
Sullivan’s weekly residential service is $275 a month for a small pool, $300 a month for a medium pool and $325 a month for a large pool. The tier is based only on pool size, by water surface area: small is under 400 square feet, medium 400 to 600, large over 600. Weekly cleaning, water balancing, routine balancing chemicals and a visit note are included. Filter cleaning, repairs, replacement equipment and one-time recovery work are priced separately. Are chemicals included in the monthly price?
Yes. Routine balancing chemicals used during weekly service are included in the fixed residential monthly price.

How much does it cost to clean a pool filter in Austin?
Sullivan’s charges $150 a cleaning for filter cleaning. Cartridge elements and DE grids are cleaned according to the filter model; sand filters use the appropriate backwash and rinse procedure. The clean starting pressure is recorded. Repairs and replacement parts are separate from cleaning, and weekly service is priced separately by pool size.

Do the residential prices apply to an apartment or hotel pool?
No. The three residential tiers do not apply to apartment, HOA, hotel, condominium, student-housing or other commercial pools. Those properties are quoted for the schedule they require.

Are repairs included?
No. Repairs, replacement equipment and one-time recovery work are separate jobs. We quote and obtain approval before that work begins.

Is there a contract?
Weekly service is ongoing rather than a fixed term. You can stop the service; repairs and recovery jobs are approved separately.
