We run fixed weekly routes rather than chasing work across the whole metro, because short drive times are what let us come back the same week when something breaks.

Why a fixed route and not a radius
Most pool companies quote anything inside an hour’s drive and send whoever is free that day. We run scheduled weekly routes instead, and we publish where they go: 13 Austin service areas covering 46 neighborhoods, and 6 metro cities. Your pool sits on one route, with one technician assigned to it, on the same day every week.
That is what makes a broken pump a same-week problem rather than a next-month one, and it is why we will tell you on the phone if your street is not on a route yet.

Weekly pool and spa service, equipment repair, water testing and chemical balancing, filter cleaning, green pool recovery, and equipment upgrades. Residential water is the bulk of it; apartment decks, HOA amenity pools, hotel and student-housing water are quoted per property.
