Terms of service
These terms cover your use of the Sullivan's Pool Service website. They are not the agreement for work on your pool: that is set out in the written quote you approve before any work starts, and where the two documents differ, the quote governs the work. Nothing here limits a right you have under Texas law, and nothing here is a substitute for the quote you signed.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, print and share anything on this website. Please do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, misrepresent it as your own, or use it to imply an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
Published recurring-service prices
The residential monthly prices published here are the final customer prices for recurring weekly service: $275 for a small pool, $300 for medium and $325 for large. The tier is based only on pool size and includes routine balancing chemicals, with no add-ons, surprises or hidden fees. We confirm the size tier before service starts.
Third-party data
Several pages cite figures from outside sources — published industry pricing studies, Austin Water's own reports, and US Census boundary data. Each figure names its source and the date it was taken. We believe them to be accurate as at that date, we do not control them, and they may have changed since. Where sources disagree, we say so rather than picking the more flattering one.
Work on your pool
Repairs, replacement equipment and one-time recovery work are separate from the recurring weekly service price. We quote those separately and obtain approval before work begins. You can stop weekly service whenever you like.
Access is your responsibility — a gate code, an unlocked gate, or a dog that is inside. If we cannot get to the pool we cannot service it, and we will call you rather than simply leave.
Limits
This website is provided as it is. We are not liable for loss arising from acting on general information published here rather than on advice about your specific pool. Draining a pool, in particular, carries real risk in Austin ground conditions, and nothing on this site should be read as telling you it is safe to do at your property.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
