Sullivan’s Pool Service does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. There is no opt-out to submit because there is nothing to opt out of — but if you want that confirmed in writing, ask and we will send it.

We do not sell personal information to anyone, for money or anything else.

We do not use advertising pixels or trackers on this website.
We currently run no analytics on this website at all, and set no cookies of any kind.

Global Privacy Control

We recognize the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid, binding opt-out request under the CPRA. We publish /.well-known/gpc.json declaring that support, so it is machine-verifiable rather than a claim on a page.

How to make a request anyway

Call (512) 503-1116 or email customerservice@sullivanspoolservices.com with “privacy request” in the subject. Tell us what you want — to know, to delete, to correct, or to opt out — and we will confirm within 10 business days and complete it within 45.

You can ask through an authorized agent. We will need reasonable proof that you authorized them.

We will not treat you differently for asking

Exercising any of these rights will not change your price, your schedule, or the quality of your service. That is the law, and it is also just how we would want to be treated.
